Payments

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade and personalized items, I do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized hand-painted garments and accessories

• Digital downloads

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• The received item differs from the item ordered

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with the original tag and packaging intact, within 7 business days of delivery. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Return costs are covered by the customer.

To request a return, please use the return request form or contact us directly. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Made-to-Order Items

If a product is out of stock, I will produce and hand-paint a new one especially for you. Please note that due to the handmade nature of my products, the new item may vary slightly from the original.

I do my best to represent colors accurately, but due to screen differences, exact shades may vary. In-person, my hand-painted silk items often look even more beautiful.

I use only high-quality 100% natural silk and non-toxic German dyes.
