I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

Returns & exchanges

You could return a product in case:

- the product is different from the one you have chosen;

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

·    Custom or personalized orders

·    Digital downloads

·    Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

All copyrights and Reproduction are retained by the artist Desislava Shtebetovska. This artwork may not be reproduced by any process without the expressed written permission of the artist. 

All paintings are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity of a work of art issued and signed by the author.

You can buy an original painting with frame. However, if there is no original painting available you can buy a print (reproduction). 

Prints are for a digital download. No physical product will be shipped and the frame is not included. This purchase is for PERSONAL USE ONLY, commercial use is prohibited.
