Payment Methods & Legal Information

Bulgarian Regulation Ordinance H-18

Under Ordinance H-18, merchants accepting cash payments via online stores must issue a fiscal receipt and use an approved fiscal device/system.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – with delivery via Econt or Speedy you will receive a fiscal receipt from the merchant upon delivery.
Non-cash payments – online via ePay.bg, at EasyPay offices, via ATM (B-Pay), card payments on platforms (e.g., Etsy) or bank transfer do not require a fiscal receipt as they are electronic/non-cash.
We do not accept “cash” payments through the website without a fiscal receipt, in compliance with Ordinance H-18.

Online payment via ePay.bg

When this method is chosen, you are automatically redirected to ePay.bg. The payment is not processed on our website, but directly within the secure ePay.bg system.

On the ePay screen you will see:

Merchant: Desi Sh EOOD
Invoice/Order number and description
Amount in BGN and its EUR equivalent

Available options at ePay.bg:

Card or Microaccount (after login)
Cash at an EasyPay office
ATM (B-Pay) using a generated code
Bank transfer

Payments are secure and protected; you receive confirmation immediately after a successful transaction.

Receipts and Invoices

For COD deliveries we issue a fiscal receipt upon handover.
For non-cash payments (ePay, EasyPay, B-Pay, card, Etsy, bank transfer) a fiscal receipt is not required. An invoice can be issued on request—please indicate this when ordering.
